Currently, this industry in the United States boasts annual revenues of over $25 billion and shows significant potential for growth: the number of people aged 65 and over in the United States is expected to double between now and 2030.

The WORC investment group will fill a market need in Whatcom County by developing and operating facilities for the increasing number people who will require some level of care and assistance during the final years of their lives.
